Fixed Background

Like the IE fixed background code on the Html Extras section, This code will do the same for MSNTV users.

Note: You can combine both of the "fixed" background codes in your <BODY> line of code to have it work on MSNTV and IE.

You must resize the background image to a width of 544 to make this code work on your web pages.
