Once you have mastered how things are placed within a table cell you will be able to align text or images where you would like them. The chart below shows where the image or text will be aligned within a basic table cell when you use both types of alignment attributes in your table cell. You use two types of alignment attributes in your <td> table cell. The align= attribute and the valign= attribute. The align= attribute will set the placement horizontally. The valign= attribute will set the placement vertically.
